Two Vials. Four Compatible Modalities.
The AOS system is designed to integrate with your existing treatment workflow. Core is applied during or after treatment depending on modality. Shield is a post-treatment recovery vehicle applied after RF microneedling, laser, and chemical peel protocols.
Microneedling
Core is applied during the treatment — as the needles create micro-channels, Core is applied topically and driven into the skin. Shield is applied post-procedure as a recovery layer.
RF Microneedling
Core is applied post-treatment only. Radiofrequency energy is applied first; Core follows immediately after the final pass. Shield is applied as the final recovery layer.
Laser Treatment
Core is applied post-treatment only. Laser treatment is completed first; Core is applied immediately following the procedure. Shield follows as the recovery vehicle.
Chemical Peel
Core is applied post-treatment only. The peel is completed and fully neutralized; Core is applied after neutralization. Shield follows as the recovery layer.
Important protocol note: Core must never be applied pre-treatment for RF microneedling, laser, or chemical peel procedures. Applying Core before these treatments exposes the active vesicles in the secretome to heat, energy, or acidic pH that compromises their integrity. Core is a post-treatment application for all energy-based and chemical modalities.
What Clinic Access Provides
AOS access is not a product purchase. It is entry into a protocol framework that includes training, support, and directory listing for verified providers.
- Access to Core and Shield through the AOS ordering system
- Protocol training materials for each compatible modality
- Lot-specific NTA characterization data for each Core shipment
- Listing in the 3dExosomes verified provider directory
- Patient education materials (digital and print-ready)
- Access to clinical support for protocol questions
Core
3D spheroid culture, xenofree media, passage 2–4, umbilical cord MSC source, pharmaceutical-grade production. Characterized by NTA per lot.
Shield
Post-treatment recovery vehicle. PDRN, GHK-Cu (copper peptide), low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Applied after RF microneedling, laser, and chemical peel procedures.

Questions from Practitioners
What are the minimum requirements to apply?
Applicants must be licensed aesthetic or medical professionals — MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, or licensed esthetician in good standing in their state. We verify licensure as part of the onboarding process. Clinic or practice affiliation is required; individual unlicensed practitioners are not eligible.
How long does the onboarding process take?
Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Following approval, training materials are sent immediately. Most clinics complete the protocol training in 1–2 days. Your first order can be placed as soon as training is confirmed.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities and pricing are provided during onboarding. They are not published on this site. Contact us through the application form above or through our clinic support channel to discuss your anticipated volume.
Do you provide training materials and patient education resources?
Yes. Verified AOS clinics receive protocol training materials for each compatible modality, digital and print-ready patient education materials, and access to our clinical support team for protocol questions. Training is self-paced and modality-specific — you only review the protocols for the treatments you perform.
What lot documentation is provided with each shipment?
Each Core shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with NTA particle count, size distribution, sterility confirmation, and endotoxin result for that specific lot. This documentation is available digitally and can be shared with patients who request it.
Can we be listed in the provider directory immediately after approval?
Directory listing is activated upon first confirmed order. This ensures that patients searching for providers find clinics that are actively stocking and using the AOS system — not just approved applicants who have not yet ordered.
