Your Add-On Protocol, Run the Same Way by Every Operator, in Every Room
A handheld sonic applicator that standardizes how a topical is applied, so coverage stops depending on who is holding it that day. Fill it with the topical your practice already uses. It fits into the microneedling, RF microneedling, laser, and chemical peel workflows your team already runs. Available to verified practices only.
Apply for Clinic AccessLicensed practices only. Applying takes about two minutes and commits you to nothing.
- Verified practices only
- Works with the topical formulation your practice already stocks
- Applicator: $199 deposit, then $69 a month, yours at 36 months
The Variable Is Not the Product. It Is the Application.
Two operators, the same product, the same written protocol, and two different finishes. Hand application depends on pressure, pace, and how much product ends up on a glove instead of the treatment area. That variability is what makes an add-on protocol hard to price, hard to teach, and hard to defend when a patient asks what they paid for.
Everything Needed to Run the Protocol Around Your Own Product
Clinic access is not a product purchase. It is entry into an applicator program your team is trained on, supported on, and documented on, built around the topical your practice already chooses to use.
The clinic sonic applicator, on a monthly lease
A $199 deposit, then $69 a month on a 36-month term, and the applicator belongs to your practice at the end. Professional applicators in this category sell outright near $2,499.
Protocol training for each modality you offer
Per modality, so a new hire can be brought up without you rebuilding the training from scratch.
Listing in the verified provider directory, activated once onboarding is complete
Patients searching the directory find practices that actually run the applicator protocol.
Patient education materials, digital and print-ready
Ready to hand to a patient or post to your own channels.
Direct access to protocol support
A person who knows the applicator protocol, not a ticket queue.
Sold separately, the applicator alone is the $2,499 line item. The training, the directory listing, and the support are not sold separately at all. They come with access or they do not come at all.
A Handheld Applicator That Makes Application Repeatable
The applicator uses gentle sonic vibration to spread a topical evenly across the treatment area, for more even coverage and more consistent absorption into the surface of the skin. It standardizes the one part of the protocol that has always depended on the operator. Fill the vial with the topical your practice already uses, this applicator is not tied to a specific formulation or supplier.
It is not a microneedling platform and it does not replace one. It sits alongside the microneedling, RF, laser, and peel equipment your practice already operates.
Category context, not a quote for this applicator: consumer sonic and vibration applicators sold at retail run around $24.99, and professional applicators built for treatment-room use in this category run closer to $2,499 outright.
$199 Refundable Deposit. $69 a Month. 36 Months. Then It Is Yours.
The applicator is available to approved practices for a $199 deposit plus $69 a month on a 36-month term. At the end of the term, the applicator belongs to the practice. The only up-front cost is the $199 deposit.
The complete agreement is reviewed with you during onboarding approval. Nothing on this page is an offer or a contract.
This program covers the applicator only. Sourcing the topical you apply with it is a separate decision your practice makes on its own.
Where It Fits in the Four Workflows You Already Run
The applicator itself has no timing restriction, it is a delivery tool. Timing depends entirely on the topical your practice has chosen and that product's own handling guidance, follow your supplier's documentation for whether it belongs during or after a given modality.
Applicator use
The applicator can be used during or after the pass, depending on your chosen topical's own guidance.
Applicator use
Typically used once the energy pass is complete, confirm timing against your topical's own handling guidance, heat can affect some formulations.
Applicator use
Typically used once the laser pass is complete, confirm timing against your topical's own handling guidance.
Applicator use
Typically used once the peel is fully neutralized, confirm timing against your topical's own handling guidance, low pH can affect some formulations.
You Do Not Have to Get This Right on Your Own
-
Onboarding until your team can run it without us
We stay on the calls until your operators can run the applicator protocol unassisted. If the first case does not go smoothly, we run the next one with you at no charge.
-
Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing
There is no application fee, and nothing is leased until you have approved the paperwork.
-
Protocol support for as long as you are active
A named contact who knows the applicator protocol.
Who This Is For, and Who It Is Not For
For: licensed practices (MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, or licensed esthetician in good standing) already performing at least one of the four modalities, with enough volume to keep the applicator working.
Not for: unlicensed individuals, at-home use, or resale.
Access is limited to verified practices, and verification is a real step rather than a checkbox. Onboarding is run live, one practice at a time.

Questions from Practitioners
What are the minimum requirements to apply?
Applicants must be licensed aesthetic or medical professionals, MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, or licensed esthetician in good standing in their state. We verify licensure as part of the onboarding process. Clinic or practice affiliation is required, individual unlicensed practitioners are not eligible.
How long does the onboarding process take?
Applications are typically reviewed within two to three business days. Following approval, training materials are sent immediately. Most practices complete the protocol training in one to two days.
Does the applicator replace my microneedling pen or existing platform?
No. The applicator is for topical application, it is not a microneedling platform. It is used alongside whatever microneedling, RF, laser, or chemical peel equipment your practice already operates.
Do you provide training materials and patient education resources?
Yes. Verified practices receive protocol training materials for each compatible modality, applicator training, digital and print-ready patient education materials, and access to our protocol support team.
Can we be listed in the provider directory immediately after approval?
Directory listing is activated once onboarding and training are complete. This ensures that patients searching for providers find practices that are actively running the applicator protocol, not just approved applicants who have not yet started.
What happens at the end of the 36 months?
The applicator belongs to your practice. The specifics are in the agreement you review at onboarding, not on this page.
What is the total cost over the full term?
The $69 a month payment, over the 36-month term, totals $2,484, close to the price of buying a comparable professional applicator outright. The $199 deposit is refundable and is not part of that cost, it covers accidental damage and comes back once the term ends or the device is returned. Full terms are reviewed at onboarding.
Does this program include a topical formulation?
No. This program is for the applicator only. Your practice sources and stocks its own topical, the applicator is designed to work with the formulation you already use.
